Ginseng Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients: 

½ cup tahini with ½ cup water, ½ cup coconut oil, one cup gluten free oats, ½ cup shredded coconut,

1./2 cup sesame seeds, tsp vanilla, ¼ cup maple, tbsp ginseng powder, tsp ginger, pinch salt.

Method:

Whisk ½ cup tahini with ½ cup water. Add tsp vanilla, ¼ cup maple, tbsp ginseng, tsp ginger, pinch salt

Melt ½ cup coconut oil and whisk in to the sweet seed butter.

Fold in one cup gluten free oats, ½ cup shredded coconut, 1./2 cup sesame seeds. Extra salt to taste.

Press into a lined tin and refrigerate until set (up to 12 hours)

Serve:

Cut into bars, garnished with fresh fruit or sprinkled on coconut yoghurt. Enjoy.
