Pink Pitaya Yoghurt

- 400g dairy-free coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp purple acaí berry powder
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- Dispense the same amount of yoghurt in three different small bowls. Add ½ tsp pink pitaya powder to the first one, 1 ½ tsp pink pitaya powder to the second one and finally 1 teaspoon purple acaí berry powder to the third one. Stir until the yoghurt becomes light rose, pink and purple.
- Transfer to a bowl and create three different colored stripes. Serve with toppings of your choice (pictured ground cherries, passion fruit and edible mini roses).
